Black Pearl Capital Chairman, Fareed Asadi Steps Down

Black Pearl Capital announces that, Fareed Asadi, its chairman since 2009 will be stepping down effective 31st December 2015. Fareed has decided to focus on his new venture, AFA Capital. AFA Capital will continue to be the investment manager of the Black Pearl Global Opportunity Fund, a role it took over earlier this year. Reza Irani-Kermani, Abbas Jafraian and the entire Black Pearl Capital team wish Fareed and his team at AFA the best of success in their new venture and thank them for their contributions to the growth of Black Pearl Capital over the years.
