Black Pearl Capital acquires 65.8% of a 140 Acre factory in Yorkshire

Today, Reza Irani-Kermani, CEO of Black Pearl Capital announced the completion of the acquisition of 65.8% of a 140 Acre former Chemical factory in Castleford, Yorkshire for an undisclosed amount.

This acquisition by Black Pearl Capital and its joint ventures partners forms part of a co-ordinated investment strategy to exploit significant long term value in UK Infrastructure Investments. “Black Pearl Capital will continue to exploit complex & distressed Brownfield sites as part of its Renewable Energy Infrastructure Investment programme” added Abbas Jafarian.

Black Pearl Capital expects to invest in a number of similar projects across the UK, targeting exits from 2013/14.
